- With all of these new allegations, lawsuits and planned TV projects, it's just a matter of time until #TimesUp for Kells.
- Lots of predators and abusers have a charm they use to lure potential victims. Just because he's charismatic doesn't mean he's not a creep.
- Keep in mind there could be more women that are just unable to, or scared to speak up.
- He's innocent until proven guilty.
- Meanwhile, a recent report states that the #MuteRKelly movement and removal from streaming service playlists hasn't had a big impact on Kells' numbers.

TMZ reports that Faith Rodgers filed suit in New York City. She alleges she met the singer in March of last year when she was just 19. They met after a performance in San Antonio and a couple months later, he flew her out to New York for another show. Afterwards, she claims he “bombarded” her hotel room and initiated “unwanted sexual contact,” including oral and vaginal intercourse. He reportedly had the nerve to call her out for being boring in bed during the encounter.
She says she wound up dating him for nearly a year, during which she suffered mental, verbal and sexual abuse and contracted herpes. She also alleges that he would trap her in rooms, studios and vehicles if she didn’t satisfy him sexually. Rodgers says Kells had a female assistant who was in charge of making sure she didn’t run away.
She is suing for sexual battery, false imprisonment and failure to disclose an STD.
